We are a licensed and bonded Credit Services Organization. We consult with you about your credit position and provide strategies to reach your credit goals in a timely manner. We are also partnered with a network of law firms who have been in the credit industry for over 20 years. Our strategies and methods are based on federal laws such as FCRA, FDCPA and FACTA.
As a licensed Credit Services Organization (CSO), Federal law prohibits us from guaranteeing anything. However, we can give you a projection based on current and past results. Most of our results average within the first 45 days. Some results happen as quickly as 2 weeks. If a deletion is returned within 12 months after the repair, we will work to have those items removed at no additional charge. This does not apply if an account is sold to a new collection agency.
The agencies are allowed 30 - 45 days to complete an investigation on a dispute. However, most results begin occurring as early as 2 weeks. Each credit file is different and some take longer to dispute such as bankruptcies.
We suggest waiting until our process is completely done. Applying for credit during a dispute process will hinder results and prolong the process.
Ideally, you’ll want to have a credit score of 680 or over. Most lenders would also like to see at least 2-5 years of solid payment history on your credit reports.
We are currently in the process of launching our new funding program. Stay tuned!
Equifax is the largest credit reporting agency in the nation. This means the processing time for disputes will vary as Equifax continues to grow. Every dispute is a process and could take longer to get proper results.
Assuming that you have no credit score, you have a few options:
i. Apply for a credit card: Capital One is a great start for those wanting to build credit.
ii. Authorized User: If you know someone with excellent credit, you could be added onto their credit line as a authorized user. They would need to contact their credit card company by phone and place a request to add you. From there, you’ll be able to benefit from their credit history as quickly as 30-45 days. We have a large inventory of authorized user tradelines available if you would like more information. Please refer to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act of 1974 Regulation B for more details.
We do not sell any customer information unless requested by the client specifically.

Please refer to the FDCPA. Debt collectors are known for using mail and call tactics to collect a payment from you. We do not recommend paying any debt collector that you have not signed a contract/application with. Due to the growing issue of identity theft, debt collection companies must validate all debts. While under our program, we ask that you hold all paperwork until all disputes have been completed.
Please refer to the FDCPA. You can request to have your phone number removed from their call list. If you get another call from that collection agency, you have the right to sue them for harassment.
The FDCPA provides certain protections for you when dealing with debt collectors. Be sure to consult with an attorney for legal advice. If you need recommendations, please let us know.
